...the learning curve suddenly skyrockets and you're expected to understand what the hell is going on in something like this:




I swear, De Moivre must have been one of those people whose brain operated in 11 dimensions at once or something.

Once I figure out what the hell I'm doing I'll probably look back at this and laugh at how simple it is, but for now, all I can say is, they don't call it "Complex Numbers" for nothing.

My macro setup

Someone asked me what my camera macro setup looks like. Canon EOS 350D + extension tubes + FD/EOS adaptor + Canon FD 50mm f/3.5 Macro.

I broke an SD card

As I took my SD card out of my camera to put it in the card reader so I can copy the photos onto my PC, I noticed a little piece of plastic shoot out as I popped the card out. My first worry was that it was something from the camera, but luckily this little piece of plastic was blue. Holding the SD card in my hand, I noticed something was amiss...
